University Women's Hospital Magdeburg hosts parental information sessions: Preparing for childbirth with knowledgeable guidance
The University Clinic for Gynecology, Obstetrics, and Reproductive Medicine Magdeburg is inviting expectant parents and parents to attend an information evening on September 11, 2025. This event will take place at the Auditorium of the University Women's Clinic, Gerhart-Hauptmann-Str. 35, 39108 Magdeburg, starting at 5:00 PM.
The information evening offers a comprehensive view of obstetric care and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, providing valuable insights into on-site processes and facilities. Specialists from various fields will present obstetrics and the neonatal intensive care units, ensuring that attendees receive accurate and up-to-date information.
During the event, visitors will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive overview of the offers and helpful information about support and counseling services at the "Early Help" information booth. A representative from the Magdeburg Registry Office will also be available to answer questions about birth certificates.
A highlight of the evening will be a guided tour of the delivery room and the mother-baby station. This tour will offer a first-hand look at the facilities and provide an opportunity to ask questions about the delivery process.
