Underscore Talent Launches Comedy Division to Merge Stand-Up and Digital Content

Underscore Talent has launched a new comedy division with a focus on blending traditional stand-up with digital content. The unit, led by industry veteran Michael Green, has already signed a roster of comedians and executives to drive its growth.

The company, known for its digital-first approach, aims to help performers expand across social media, streaming platforms, and live shows.

Michael Green, co-founder of The Firm and Studio71, will oversee the comedy division. He brings years of experience to the role, guiding the unit's strategy and talent development.

Chris Burns and Kyle Stevens will serve as co-heads under Green's leadership. They will be joined by Andy Farag and Andrew Topel, who complete the executive team managing the division. At launch, the comedy unit has secured signings from a mix of established and rising comedians. Among them are Zachariah Porter and Kareem Rahma, the creator of the viral *Subway Takes* series. Other names include Mackenzie Barmen, Andrew Farmer, Dylan Carlino, Tara Cannistraci, Natalie Cuomo, Billy Domineau, Ian Fidance, Dylan Guerra, Kendahl Landreth, Uncle LaZer, Nathan Macintosh, Andrew Packer, David Sidorov, Mara Wilson, Rachel Wolfson, Mike Trapp, and Pooja Tripathi from *Brooklyn Coffee Shop*. Kareem Rahma has already praised Underscore Talent for supporting his creative work. He highlighted the company's role in improving content quality and broadening his audience reach. As of March 2026, Underscore Talent manages 12 comedians in total. Four of them have developed their own viral series or formats, including Elias Arens (*Elias TV*), Hazel Brugger (*Dragons' Den* specials and *Good Girl*), Till Werner (*Till's Corner*), and Piet Fuchs (*Piet's Comedy Lab*).

The comedy unit's launch marks a push to connect traditional stand-up with modern digital formats. With a strong executive team and a growing list of talent, Underscore Talent is positioning itself as a key player in the evolving comedy landscape. The division's early signings suggest a focus on creators who can thrive across multiple platforms.
