Unclaimed $1.5M Mega Millions jackpot sold in Burlington awaits winner

A lucky player has won the first Mega Millions jackpot of 2026, taking home $1.5 million. The winning ticket was sold at a small store in Burlington, but the winner has yet to step forward.

The winning numbers for the January 28, 2026, draw were 10, 13, 31, 38, 41, and 43. A single ticket matched all six, securing the top prize. The ticket was purchased at the Millgate General Store on 151 Millgate Dr. in Burlington.

The winner now has 180 days to claim their prize. As of now, no one has come forward to collect the $1.5 million jackpot.

This is the first Mega Millions jackpot win of the year. Previous prize details for 2025 are available through the Wisconsin Lottery's official reports and website.

The $1.5 million prize remains unclaimed for now. The winner must present their ticket at a Wisconsin Lottery office within the given timeframe. Officials await the claimant to confirm the payout.
