Unbeaten Sir Mark Prescott filly faces its first significant challenge in Group 3 race competition during the captivating Prestige Stakes, marking a crucial trial for the Moon Target.

In the upcoming Prestige Fillies' Stakes, a number of exciting contenders are set to battle it out for the top spot. Among them are Moon Target, Aylin, and Precise, each bringing their unique strengths to the race.

Trained by Sir Mark Prescott, Moon Target has an unbeaten record and has impressed with her racing style, despite the lack of depth in her previous contests. She won her last race at Yarmouth this month by an impressive 13 lengths, and her victory in the Prestige Fillies' Stakes could confirm her status as a Group 1 filly. Moon Target is a daughter of Cracksman and hails from the family of the owner's brilliant miler, Inspiral.

Karl Burke's filly, Aylin, is another strong contender. Despite her dam and sire preferring soft ground, Burke is confident that Aylin will handle the quicker ground. Aylin was trained by Burke and has shown promising form, winning comfortably in her last race at the same course. Her performance in the Prestige Fillies' Stakes will be closely watched, especially after her close call in her debut at York, where she lost by a short head to a more experienced prospect.

Aidan O'Brien's Precise is another bright prospect in the race. A close relative to Gold Cup runner-up Kingfisher, Precise has shown improvement since her debut, where she finished a close second at Fairyhouse. O'Brien is pleased with Precise's progress and believes she stepped forward from her first run. Precise's performance in the Prestige Fillies' Stakes could determine if she has what it takes to compete at the highest level.

Other contenders include Jennifer Jane, who comes out top on adjusted Racing Post Ratings and Topspeed figures due to her second place in the Star Stakes at Sandown. Charlie Johnston believes Jennifer Jane sets a high standard and has a very good chance in the Prestige Fillies' Stakes. Richard Newland is looking forward to running Spinning Lizzie, who was unlucky not to win at Glorious Goodwood due to a missed break. Jack Channon is also optimistic about Sukanya's chances, despite being drawn on the wing, and believes the step up to seven furlongs will suit her.

David Menuisier's horse, Stimulative Trip, is another interesting entry. She won well on her debut at Newbury but was scratched from a race in France due to a wound. If she can overcome her setback, she could be a dark horse in the race.

The Prestige Fillies' Stakes promises to be an exciting race, with each contender bringing their own strengths and weaknesses to the table. The race will undoubtedly determine the future of these talented fillies and set the stage for the rest of their careers.
