UK-based gambling company LeoVegas Appoints Ben Ingham as Country Manager for the United Kingdom
LeoVegas Group, an international iGaming company, has strengthened its UK team with the addition of two seasoned professionals. Ben Ingham and James Elliot have joined the company, bringing their extensive experience in the iGaming sector to LeoVegas.
Ben Ingham, previously the country lead for PokerStars in the UK, has been appointed as the UK Country Manager for LeoVegas Group. Prior to his tenure at PokerStars, Ingham worked at Alchemy Media Limited, All Response Media, and Rectangle Group. At Sky Betting & Gaming, he held various roles, starting as a media planner and later being promoted to senior offline media executive and eventually serving as the company's offline media manager. Before PokerStars, he was employed at Ladbrokes.
Ingham's new role at LeoVegas will see him managing several brands operated by the company in the UK, including 21.co.uk, BetUK, Pink Casino, Slot Boss, and the recently launched BetMGM UK brand.
James Elliot, who brings nearly two decades of experience from bwin and Entain, has been welcomed as LeoVegas' new director of legal. Prior to joining LeoVegas, Elliot held executive positions at bwin and Entain.
In his new role, Elliot will be responsible for overseeing LeoVegas' legal operations in Great Britain.
Viktor Hoffmann, head of gaming business development at LeoVegas Group, discussed the operator's strategies. Hoffmann highlighted the potential of LeoVegas' exclusive jackpot, LeoJackpot, to revolutionize iGaming.
Ben Ingham's experience at PokerStars has given him a deep understanding of the UK market, making him a suitable fit for LeoVegas. Ingham's appointment and Elliot's addition to the team are expected to bolster LeoVegas' operations in Great Britain.
