UBRIR celebrates 35 years of financial and social impact

Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Investment (UBRIR) celebrated its 35th anniversary with a ceremony attended by regional officials. The event included the presentation of state awards to employees and a review of the bank's 2025 performance, including key social projects like the Uralochka unified social card.

Acting on behalf of Governor Denis Pasler, Sergei Nikonov recognised the bank's role in supporting the region's financial system and economic development.

During the ceremony, Nikonov handed out state awards to bank staff from Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Tagil, Novouralsk, and Ivdel. He also congratulated UBRIR on its anniversary, highlighting its long-standing contribution to Sverdlovsk Oblast.

Bank employees, in turn, presented awards to regional authorities. Recipients included the Presidential Envoy to the Urals Federal District, the Legislative Assembly of Sverdlovsk Oblast, and Yekaterinburg's administration. The exchange marked the bank's decades of partnership with local government and industry. Alexei Dolgov, UBRIR's president, briefed Nikonov on the bank's 2025 results. Among the key achievements was the *Uralochka* unified social card, a digital solution simplifying access to benefits for residents while cutting red tape for businesses. Another initiative, *Children Believe in Miracles*, was also noted for its social impact. Dolgov thanked the deputy governor for acknowledging the bank's efforts in both finance and community projects. The bank maintains strong ties with major industrial enterprises in the region. Its work spans financial services, digital innovation, and social responsibility programmes.

The anniversary event underscored UBRIR's dual focus on financial growth and social welfare. The Uralochka card and other initiatives continue to streamline services for residents and businesses alike. Officials and bank leaders reaffirmed their commitment to further collaboration in the coming years.
