Road collisions - Two people were severely hurt in a motorcycle crash near Zörbig.
A biker and his female passenger were hit by a car while on their motorcycle near Zörbig and suffered severe injuries. The police from Anhalt-Bitterfeld reported on Saturday that a 45-year-old car driver failed to notice the motorcycle at a road intersection, causing it to collide. The 54-year-old man and the passenger were sent to hospitals in Bitterfeld-Wolfen and Halle for treatment. The car driver is suspectsed of negligent bodily harm along with other charges.
