Two individuals sustained minor injuries following a traffic accident, and the involved vehicles are now deemed unusable.

On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, a traffic accident occurred on Bremer Straße in Delmenhorst, Germany. The incident took place at 15:41.

The vehicles involved in the accident were a Volkswagen and a Volvo. The driver of the Volkswagen, a 63-year-old man from Delmenhorst, was driving straight ahead towards Bremer Heerstraße. The driver of the Volvo, a 58-year-old man from Bremen, intended to turn left onto Bremer Straße.

The 58-year-old driver overlooked the 63-year-old driver who had the right of way. As a result, the two vehicles collided on the Große Tannenweg in Delmenhorst.

Both parties received on-site treatment by emergency services. Although the vehicles were no longer roadworthy, the estimated damage to property was 10,000 euros. Fortunately, the injuries sustained by the two drivers were minor.

The vehicles involved in the accident were towed away from the scene. The police are currently investigating the incident to determine the exact cause and any potential legal implications.
