In a series of disturbing incidents on Tuesday, two women were arrested by the Federal Police in Berlin-Hauptbahnhof for allegedly assaulting a passenger on a moving S-Bahn train and Deutsche Bahn employees at the Zoological Garden station.

The first incident occurred around 3:15 PM on S-Bahn line 7, where the women verbally harassed, assaulted, and kicked a passenger. According to reports, the attack involved punches, kicks, and a glass bottle, resulting in a head wound for the 34-year-old Cameroonian victim. Paramedics treated the woman and transported her to a nearby hospital.

The Federal Police provisionally arrested a 20-year-old Polish national and a 21-year-old German national at the scene. Both women were found to be intoxicated according to a voluntary breath alcohol test.

In a separate incident, around 2:30 PM, the same two women allegedly assaulted Deutsche Bahn employees at the Zoological Garden station. An additional investigation has been initiated against the 20-year-old Polish national for violating the Weapons Act, as a kitchen knife was found on her during the search.

The Federal Police have initiated investigations against the known women for suspected bodily harm, dangerous bodily harm, and insult. After completing police measures, the officers released the two women on their own recognizance.
