Two incidences of vehicle collisions transpired in the vicinity of the Hünfeld police station, as per a recent report

In two separate incidents on Saturday, motorcyclists were involved in accidents on the L3173 from Großentaft towards the B84 near Rasdorf.

The first incident occurred at around 14:20, involving a 43-year-old driver from the Wartburg district who was driving a motorhome. According to Police Headquarters East Hesse, the motorcyclist overtook a car in a left curve and drove onto the left-hand side of the road, causing the motorcycle to veer off the road and come to rest in the ditch. The motorcyclist, a resident of the Hünfeld district, sustained minor injuries and was able to continue his journey. The total material damage caused by the accident was approximately 4,000 euros.

In the second incident, which took place at around 15:10, a 19-year-old motorcyclist from Hünfeld was traveling on the same stretch of road. The driver of a car attempted to turn her vehicle around on Setzelbacher Street, but failed to notice a motorcycle group following her. The second motorcyclist, a 51-year-old man from the Borken district, collided with the car and fell. The motorcycle involved in the accident was no longer roadworthy and was left at the scene. No further details about the injuries or damages from the second accident were provided.

The Police Station Hünfeld reported the accidents on behalf of PHK Helfrich. However, no specific police station in Hesse reported a motorcycle accident with personal injury on August 30 according to the available search results. The motorcyclist from the Hünfeld district was taken to a clinic for further checks with minor injuries. The total material damage caused by the second accident was approximately 1,000 euros.
