Trump's National Doral golf course re-enters PGA Tour calendar, featured in an updated series of high-profile tournaments
The PGA Tour is gearing up for an exciting new era, as it accelerates its evolution and ushers in a wave of innovation both on and off the course. The tour has announced its revamped 2026 schedule, featuring some of golf's most iconic venues and a lineup of highly anticipated Signature Events.
Kicking off the new campaign in the second week of January 2026, the Sentry Tournament of Champions will open the PGA Tour season at its traditional home, the Plantation Course at Kapalua in Maui, Hawaii.
Following closely, the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and the Genesis Invitational will populate February in consecutive weeks, bringing the excitement of the tour to California. The Genesis Invitational will take place at the Riviera Country Club, while the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am will be played at the iconic Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course, and Monterey Peninsula Country Club.
In April, the PGA Tour will make its way to Augusta National Golf Club for the Masters Tournament, followed by the RBC Heritage at the Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head, South Carolina. The RBC Heritage, which has been a staple on the tour for over 50 years, will continue its tradition of following The Masters.
The PGA Tour is also excited to bring back some familiar faces in the schedule. The Arnold Palmer Invitational will precede The Players Championship in 2026, as it has done for years. Both tournaments will take place at their traditional homes, the Bay Hill Club & Lodge and TPC Sawgrass, respectively.
The Memorial Tournament, one of the premier events on the PGA Tour, will return to Muirfield Village Golf Club from June 4-7, 2026. The Travelers Championship will take place at TPC River Highlands from June 25-28, 2026.
A new addition to the schedule is the Miami Championship, a $20 million PGA Tour event that will take place at Trump National Doral from April 30 to May 3. The tournament, which will replace the WGC-Cadillac Championship, is set to be a thrilling spectacle.
The PGA Tour's Mexico Open will switch to the FedEx Cup Fall schedule, providing golf fans with even more exciting action towards the end of the year. The Truist Championship will return to Quail Hollow following its one-year trip to Philadelphia Cricket Club, marking the second time Signature Events will be played consecutively on the PGA Tour in 2026.
The Corales Puntacana Championship will change to the same week as The Open Championship, offering a unique opportunity for players to compete on two prestigious courses back-to-back.
The PGA Tour is grateful for the support of its fans, players, events, and partners. The tour extends its thanks to everyone for their vision for the future of both the PGA Tour and the game of golf. The tour is thrilled with its momentum in 2025, as its season-long ratings and event attendance are confirmed to be resonating with fans.
The PGA Tour is looking forward to showcasing the game's greatest players competing at golf's most iconic venues in 2026. Get ready for an unforgettable season!
