The funding round was led by Five Elms Capital, with the participation of Endeavor Catalyst and Inovo VC.

The funding comes after the launch of OpenTofu in August 2023, which has garnered over 10 million downloads, 350,000+ weekly users, and enterprise adoption by Oracle, Cisco, and Fidelity. OpenTofu, a key component of Spacelift, boasts 600+ contributors.

Spacelift's platform is designed to reduce operational challenges, ensure compliance, and provide visibility, making it an attractive solution for numerous notable companies. Adobe, Atlassian, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Wix, and several others have shown interest in using Spacelift for their infrastructure management solutions. Additionally, companies such as Redfin, Checkout, Moody's, Duolingo, and Sailpoint are already leveraging Spacelift's services.

Five Elms Capital, the lead investor, expresses confidence in Spacelift's innovative approach and strategic focus.
