Traffic Diversions for Drömlingsfest: Guidelines for Attendees

The city of Wolfsburg has announced traffic restrictions for three days, from September 12 to 14, in certain areas due to the upcoming Dromlings Festival. The event will take place in the castle area, organised by the Kulturverein Dromling e.V.

Motor vehicle traffic will be prohibited in Nordstadtstraße, Schlossstraße, Am Gutshof, and Neue Reihe during the festival period. This includes Am Gutshof and Neue Reihe streets. However, residents of these streets, guests of Hotel Alter Wolf with written confirmation, and visitors to church events at St. Marien- and St. Bernward Church are exempt from the traffic restrictions.

Hotel Alter Wolf, located in the affected area, has been identified as a point of passage for guests who can pass through the closure with written confirmation. St. Marien- and St. Bernward Church are locations where church events may take place during the festival.

The organiser encourages visitors to arrive via public transportation, as motor vehicle traffic will be heavily restricted. The event area is accessible on foot through the underpass of Oebisfelder Straße (Federal Road 188).

Alternatively, parking lots in the Allerpark (P3, P4) can be used. Visitors are advised to plan their journey accordingly to avoid any inconvenience caused by the traffic restrictions.
