Tour for Small Patients: Mystery Journey Led by Kater Salabim at Clinic Solingen

In the heart of Solingen, the city hospital has introduced an innovative and engaging initiative for its young patients. The Mystery Tour, a one-of-a-kind adventure, leads participants through the hospital, encouraging children to pay attention, move around, and have fun as they search for the beloved mascot, Salabim.

The Mystery Tour was the brainchild of Sandra-Janine Schneider, founder of "The Pathfinders - Mystery Tours". With the help of BKK Oli, the broccoli-shaped mascot from Bergische Health Insurance, the tour has become a beloved part of the children's ward.

BKK Oli, who is also the quizmaster for the bedtime quiz, is a popular figure among the children. The bedtime quiz, which addresses health topics, can be started using a QR code, just like the Mystery Tour. For those who can't walk around, a bedtime quiz, a kind of mystery tour, has been designed to ensure everyone can participate.

The Mystery Tour begins in the common room of the children's ward and requires participants to find answers to questions that can only be found on site. Relatives who find Salabim at the end of the tour will receive a small gift.

Dr. Sven Propson, head physician of the children's clinic at Solingen City Hospital, finds the tours unique. He is excited about the initiative, which he believes not only provides entertainment but also promotes learning. Sandra Kratz, a psychologist from the Social Pediatric Center, had the idea for a combination of puzzles and movement to keep the children engaged and stimulated.

Interestingly, there are no search results providing information about who developed the idea for the Mystery Tour through the children's hospital in Solingen. However, the fact remains that this unique offering is not replicated anywhere else for children in hospitals, making it a truly special experience for those who get to participate.
