In a recent development, Tobias Bahlinger has been appointed as the CEO at Eprolab, a partner of Haufe-X360. Eprolab, a company based in Balingen, 75 kilometers southwest of Stuttgart, offers scalable ERP solutions that make digitalization simple, efficient, and affordable for companies and organizations in the public sector and healthcare.

Tobias Bahlinger brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having spent a significant portion of his career in the tech industry. From 1995 to 2012, he was employed at Hewlett-Packard, where he was responsible for customers in the public sector. After a two-year break, he returned to the industry as Director of Sales at Microsoft Germany for four and a half years, overseeing specialist sales to media companies, financial institutions, and the automotive industry.

Following his tenure at Microsoft, Bahlinger held the position of Sales Director at the consulting firm CGI from January 2013 to September 2016. He then joined Bechtle in March 2020, where he was responsible for the specialist sales of Managed Services.

Bahlinger's appointment as the Head of Specialist Sales at Bechtle was followed by his recent promotion to the position of CEO at Eprolab. This move is seen as a positive sign for the ERP channel, which includes participants such as Haufe, Sage, SAP, and others.

In addition to his professional achievements, Bahlinger has also made a mark in the tech industry as a speaker. He was a speaker at the c.m.c. Congress, and in 2025, he was recognised at the Haufe X360 Awards Best Partners event.

With his extensive experience and proven track record, Bahlinger is poised to lead Eprolab towards new heights in the tech industry. The company, which was founded in 1997, has already made a name for itself as a provider of efficient and affordable ERP solutions. As Bahlinger takes the helm, it will be interesting to see how he will guide Eprolab's growth and innovation in the coming years.
