Timekeeping Solution: TimeClock Plus by OCOPE
In a significant shift for OCOPE members, the new time record-keeping system, TimeClock Plus, was introduced on January 1, 2021. This change, accompanied by a transition to a bi-weekly payroll, marks a new era in the management of employee hours.
All relevant information regarding the new fiscal year 2022 benefits has been uploaded into the TimeClock Plus system, ensuring a smooth transition for employees. To aid with this transition, a dedicated page of resources has been provided to help members navigate the new system.
The search results do not currently contain information about the organization that introduced TimeClock Plus as a payment system from January 1, 2021.
As part of the transition, OCOPE members have also moved to a bi-weekly payroll. The applicable carryover of benefit time is currently being confirmed and will be reflected in employee records by the end of July.
To ensure accurate recordings, employees are required to accept their entered time within TimeClock Plus. This acceptance process is crucial for properly recording segments in the system.
For any assistance or queries regarding TimeClock Plus, members are advised to contact TimeEntryHelp@our website. Access to TimeClock Plus is available via the Employee Webclock.
This transition marks an exciting step forward for OCOPE members, providing a more streamlined and efficient method for managing employee hours and payroll. As always, OCOPE remains committed to supporting its members through these changes.
