The union between Piedmont and Liguria remains intact

Summer Black Truffle and the Riviera's marriage event took place at the renowned Antonio Novaro's Beach restaurant in Viale Torino, Diano Marina. The venue, which is also associated with the Cena in nero project, hosted a lavish affair where all dishes were accompanied by Apricus and Vermentino del Poggio dei Gorleri wines.

Renata Cantamessa, alias Fata Zucchina, played a significant role as a host and entertainer at the event. Known for her artistic presence, she contributed to the unique atmosphere that Cena in nero events are famous for. The purpose of the event was to promote the Monferrato product, a project that Renata Cantamessa and the Ente del Turismo Langhe Monferrato Roero continue to support.

The next Cena in nero appointment is set for Tuesday, August 26th, at Hostaria del Viale, Via Martiri della Libertà 54, Albenga. The menu promises a culinary extravaganza with local seafood crudités, beef hearts and Summer Black Truffle, pan brioche, Bra sausage and Black Truffle, tagliolini with 30 yolks, beef heart, Black Truffle with Bra sausage, brandacujun with Summer Black Truffle sauce, vanilla panna cotta, apricot jam and Black Truffle.

While the specific purpose of the next appointment is not yet clear, it is likely to continue the promotion of the Monferrato product, as was the case with the previous event. The dress code for the evening, as always, will be black.

In the past, Summer Black Truffle was paired with tuna tartare, cuttlefish, branzino, and orata during events at the Cena in nero project. The next Cena in nero appointment does not mention the venue being a part of the Cena in nero project's venue, but the project continues with this exciting appointment in Albenga.
