'The Paper' to conquer Manhattan with two immersive events commemorating the Peacock debut
New York City is set to host two pop-up events for Peacock's new series "The Paper" at iconic locations Rockefeller Center (50 Rockefeller Plaza) and Flatiron Plaza (23rd & Broadway). The event, themed around The Toledo Truth Teller, a fictional Midwestern paper featured in "The Paper," is scheduled for September 9, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Creators Greg Daniels and Michael Koman, known for their work on "The Office" and "Parks & Recreation," have brought "The Paper" to life. This new series follows a documentary crew from "The Office" as they revive a Midwestern paper.
Guests at the pop-ups can expect a fun-filled morning, with complimentary bagels, visits to Toledo Truth Teller pop-up newsstands, and the opportunity to take photos with the "Tower of Truth" installation. Adding to the excitement, actor Oscar Nuñez, who played Oscar Martinez in "The Office," will make an appearance at the pop-ups for "The Paper."
Admission to the event is free, and all ten episodes of "The Paper" are now available for streaming on Peacock. So, whether you're a fan of the creators' previous work or new to the series, this is an event not to be missed!
Come join us for a unique experience that combines the charm of New York City with the excitement of a new TV series. We look forward to seeing you there!
