The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre schedules its 16th Annual International Conference for September 5-6.
The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) is set to host its 16th Annual International Conference on September 5-6, 2025, in New Delhi. The conference, themed "Navigating Arbitration in the Era of Digitisation and Reform", will explore the evolving landscape of dispute resolution in the digital age.
The conference will be inaugurated on September 6 by Justice Philip Jeyaratnam, Judge, Supreme Court of Singapore and President, Singapore International Commercial Court. The opening address will be delivered by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul. A special session titled "March of Law" will be convened by Sidhant Goel, Senior Partner, SIM AND SAN.
The conference will feature several technical sessions, each focusing on critical areas that are reshaping the arbitration landscape.
Technical Session I: Modification of Arbitration Awards: An International Perspective
This session will be chaired by Justice Prathiba M Singh, Judge, Delhi High Court.
