FCB Brasil will work independently on the cause-focused content and campaigns for The Body Shop, separate from its work with Natura & Co, the parent company that owns brands such as The Body Shop, Avon, and Aesop. The collaboration between The Body Shop and FCB Brasil will see the agency responsible for developing and implementing campaigns, as well as overseeing strategic planning from June.

The bidding process for The Body Shop's agency of record did not involve brands such as Avon or Aesop, as they are not directly related to The Body Shop's marketing efforts. Similarly, Natura & Co brand was not directly involved in the bidding process.

Carlos Pitchu, the video president of media, content, and communications for Natura & Co, remains responsible for the marketing efforts of the company. PR and influencer marketing agency Press Pass has been integrated into The Body Shop's brand team in 2020, supporting the brand's efforts to become more relevant to consumers.

With FCB Brasil on board, The Body Shop and Natura & Co are set to implement cause-focused content and campaigns, continuing their journey towards making a positive impact on society while staying true to their core values.
