Gunshots heard in Frankfurt, authorities seeking individuals with information - The assault on the pedestrian, involving murder, served as a warning.
At 10 p.m. on a Friday, a car drives by a guy in Hugo-Kallenbach-Straße, located in Sindlingen, Hesse. Suddenly, shots are met with the sound of bullets. The attacker strikes his victim in the thigh, leaving him critically wounded. The assailant takes off.
The story goes that the assailant is a young fellow from the same neighborhood who had been made to peddle drugs by the 35-year-old for a long time. The gunfire was supposed to convey a message that things needed to change.
Hunt for the criminal continues
The police found a wealth of evidence at the crime scene. The manhunt for the guilty party is still underway, but so far without any luck. They're trying to track down witnesses and interested parties have been asked to provide information by calling 069/755 51199.
The victim was taken to hospital, where he remains unresponsive. It's possible that he's keeping quiet for a good reason.
