The Dance Sports Club TSC Heaven & Hell e.V., located in Brackel, recently hosted an event under the motto "Who rests, gets rusty - you're never too old to move," as part of the event format "Dortmund dances OnSite."

Martina Strauß, a dance instructor, was at the helm of the event, offering a variety of dance classes designed specifically for individuals over 60. Her guiding principle for these courses is "Fun in movement in pleasant company is always the focus."

Interested individuals were given the opportunity to arrange a trial lesson at any time, with no commitment required. The program included learning Line Dance elements such as Slow Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha-Cha, Rumba, and Jive. Additionally, Zumba Gold exercises and a session with slow movements were part of the program, ensuring there was something for everyone.

The event also provided opportunities for socialising, with breaks for refreshments.
