The US Open is gearing up for an exciting 2023 edition, not just for the tennis action, but also for the culinary delights on offer. A host of renowned chefs will be gracing the tournament, bringing their unique flavours and dishes to the fore.

David Burke, the acclaimed Cuban-American fusion chef, will be making an appearance with his hotspot, Mojito by David Burke, at the US Open. Joining him will be Oyamel, a Mexican restaurant teaming up with the Dobel Tequila Club to create a restaurant/lounge, headed by chef Alex Guarnaschelli, who hails from the José Andrés Group.

Famed chef José Andrés will also return to the US Open with his restaurant Oyamel, adding to the Mexican food offerings. Robbie Felice, a James Beard-nominated chef, will introduce his pastaRAMEN at the tournament, with the menu available through hidden drops on social media.

The dining hall Aces will see the presence of Ed Brown, Iron chef Masaharu Morimoto, and James Beard Award-winning chef Kwame Onwuachi, among others. Josh Capon's Fly Fish will offer a variety of seafood delights, including lobster rolls, tuna poke, and oysters.

Simon Kim, the founder and CEO of Gracious Hospitality Management, is returning for his second year at the US Open. His company will operate a second location of COQODAQ in the Food Village, alongside the original location in the club level of Arthur Ashe Stadium.

The US Open will feature a new mixed doubles tournament starting on August 19 and 20. Tennis stars such as Venus Williams, who will participate in the tournament, marking the 25th anniversary of her first US Open, will be seen competing together.

In addition to these, a host of other eateries will be present at the US Open. LaFrieda Meat Co., Champions by Benjamin's Steakhouse, Carnegie Deli, San Matteo NYC, Dos Toros Taqueria, Red Hook Lobster Pound, Fuku, Eataly, Korilla BBQ, Poke Yachty, Hill Country BBQ, King Souvlaki, The Migrant Kitchen, The Nourish Spot, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, and more will be available for tennis fans to enjoy.

With main draw ticket sales up more than 10% over last year, and subscriptions for the full tournament at Arthur Ashe Stadium at "98-99%," it's clear that the US Open is set for a grand slam year, both on and off the court.
