Law enforcement action in Rostock - Teenagers pursue a 26-year-old person.
In Rostock on Thursday night, events unfolded in a frightening manner.
A caring bystander tried to intervene at first by shouting for assistance. When that didn't work, she decided to intervene directly, driving towards the culprits to rescue the victim. Unfortunately, she couldn't stop in time and collided with a 15-year-old boy, causing an injury to his arm.
Two suspects (both 15 years old) were arrested by the authorities at the scene. They are currently under investigation. Apparently, the reason for the chase was that the victim was suspected of harassing children, with his image being shared on social media. The youths who recognized the man apparently decided to take the law into their own hands.
The authorities continue their investigation and urge anyone with information or who witnessed the incident to call 0381-77070.
