A shocking incident occurred on August 13, 2025, at a restaurant on Oeltingsallee in Pinneberg, Germany. According to the Bad Segeberg Police Directorate, an unknown man pointed a black imitation firearm at two employees taking a break outside the restaurant around 21:40.

The police forces were promptly deployed in response to the call from the victims. The suspected perpetrator, a 46-year-old German citizen from Hamburg, was arrested without resistance at 22:15. The police were able to secure the presumed weapon during the arrest, which was found to be a black imitation firearm with a silencer attached. The weapon was believed to be the one used in the crime.

The suspect was located in the vicinity of the restaurant based on a description provided by the victims. The employees fled into the restaurant and called the police, who were able to locate the suspected perpetrator during the search.
