Supporting a Loved One Through Tough Times: Building Resilience Amidst Adversity
The Health Department for the city of Regensburg and the Regensburg County Administration have announced a workshop aimed at providing caregivers with sustainable and healthy care management strategies.
The workshop, led by Nicole Lindner, is scheduled for September 1, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and will take place in the Large Conference Room at the Regensburg County Administration, Altmühlstr. 3, 93059 Regensburg.
Attendance at the workshop is free, and registration is required. Interested individuals can register by calling 0941 4009-0 or by emailing [email protected]. Please note that the workshop is limited to 30 participants.
The workshop will focus on discussing daily care challenges, addressing how personal needs and emotional stress impact care, and providing practical tips for strengthening body, mind, and soul. Caregivers will also learn about self-care tips during the workshop.
In addition, the workshop will offer information about support services like short-term care and respite care, as well as emphasizing the importance of biographical work in the care process.
Unfortunately, there is no specific information available about Nicole Lindner's role leading the workshop on caregiving (Pflegebetreuung).
We encourage all caregivers to take advantage of this opportunity to learn and connect with others in a supportive environment. Register today to secure your spot!
