Sunny and somewhat humid conditions are expected in the Philadelphia area come Monday. Here's a breakdown of the weather forecast.

The Philadelphia region is set to experience a cooler and fall-like weather pattern as we head into the upcoming days, according to local weather forecasts. This change comes following a cold front that has already brought a chillier atmosphere.

Starting from Friday, the high temperature will reach 79 degrees, with the low dropping to a comfortable 60 degrees. The nights will also become cooler, with morning lows expected to be in the 50s to near 60.

On Saturday, the holiday weekend, the high temperature will be 78 degrees. As we move into Sunday, both the low and high temperatures will be 57 and 79 degrees respectively.

A weak cold front is tracked to move into the Philadelphia area on Monday. This front will cross the area throughout the day, bringing a few stray showers early in the morning. However, skies will turn mostly sunny by the end of the day. High temperatures on Monday will be in the low to mid-80s.

The cooler, fall-like pattern will continue through the week and into the Labor Day holiday weekend, which falls next Saturday and Sunday, and Labor Day itself, a week from Monday on Sept. 1.

The weather forecast for the coming days in the Philadelphia region is based on data from local weather stations reporting current weather trends. These stations, including those used by services such as wetter.com and wetter24.de, aggregate observations from Philadelphia's own stations.

On Tuesday, high temperatures will be in the upper 70s, which is below the average high of 84-85 degrees. By Thursday, the high temperature will rise to 80 degrees, before dropping back down to 77 degrees on Wednesday. The low temperatures will follow a similar pattern, with Thursday's low being 56 degrees and Wednesday's being 60 degrees.

As we enjoy this cooler weather, let's remember to embrace the autumnal vibe and make the most of the last days of summer. Stay warm and dry!
