Strong tremor of 5.2 magnitude hits Athens, Greece
In a significant seismic event, a magnitude 5.2 earthquake struck off the island of Evia, approximately 50 kilometers northeast of Athens, early Tuesday morning at 00h27 (local time). The Geodynamic Institute of Athens reported this earthquake on the Richter scale.
