Robbery at Ewaldstraße, Recklinghausen: Police Seek Witnesses

A shocking incident of robbery took place on a parking lot at Ewaldstraße, Recklinghausen, on Friday evening (10 PM). A 75-year-old man was robbed of a high-value wristwatch in the incident.

According to reports from Police Headquarters Recklinghausen, transmitted via news aktuell, the perpetrator is described as a male, approximately 20-30 years old, standing at around 1.90 m tall, with a beard, slim build, and wearing a black jogging suit with yellow appliqués.

During the incident, an unknown man pushed a 63-year-old woman aside, causing her to fall. The second companion, a 65-year-old man, attempted to stop the perpetrator, but his efforts were in vain. The search for the perpetrator has so far been unsuccessful.

The incident occurred after the man and two witnesses had traveled together on bus line 27. Witnesses are asked to contact the police at 0800 2361 111.
