Stemwede undergoes further investigation, as reported by Depenbrock

The municipality of Stemwede in North Rhine-Westphalia has announced the extension of its partnership with construction conglomerate Depenbrock for another five years. This move is a testament to the successful cooperation between the two parties over the past two years.

The new contract, set to commence on January 1, 2026, ensures a seamless continuation of the partnership. The focus of the partnership remains on ensuring the proper maintenance and care of the 37 public properties managed by Depenbrock for the municipality.

Depenbrock's corporate division Building Management has been handling the technical management of the municipality's properties since 2020. The company's services cover comprehensive technical care, including maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and energy optimization measures.

Regular property inspections are a routine part of Depenbrock's services for the municipality. The software used by Depenbrock allows for real-time monitoring of all property processes, enabling the management of buildings and technical infrastructure in real-time.

The CAFM system used by Depenbrock is designed for controlling and processing fault reports. Depenbrock coordinates all technical services, including the recording and processing of fault reports in the CAFM system.

The successful cooperation between the municipality and Depenbrock has led to the implementation of energy optimization measures to improve the efficiency of the managed properties. Individual status reports and evaluations can be created using the software used by Depenbrock, providing valuable insights for the municipality's budget and action planning.

The new contract is expected to be officially signed this summer, further solidifying the partnership between the municipality and Depenbrock. The partnership encompasses the management of various public buildings, including schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, fire station buildings, chapel buildings, the town hall, and other public buildings.

The partnership between the municipality and Depenbrock is a significant step towards ensuring the continued maintenance and care of public properties in Stemwede, ensuring they remain safe and efficient for the community's use.
