Starbucks to Open New Burlington Location with Drive-Thru in August 2025
Starbucks is set to open a new branch in Burlington at 901 Brant Street. The location, replacing a former Second Cup Coffee Co. shop, will introduce a fresh coffeehouse experience when it launches in late August 2025. The company is already recruiting staff for the site, including baristas and shift supervisors. The new store will feature a clear separation between 'to-go' and 'for-here' service. Customers can choose between indoor and outdoor seating or use the drive-thru option. Starbucks Mobile Order & Pay will also be available for quicker pickups.
This location reflects the vision of Starbucks' new CEO, Brian Niccol, who aims to refocus on the traditional coffeehouse atmosphere. Unlike the existing downtown branch at 503 Brant Street, the new shop targets a different customer base. The total number of Starbucks outlets in Burlington after this opening remains unconfirmed. Job listings for the site have already appeared, with roles for baristas and shift supervisors now open.
