Sphinx, a leading developer of Counterintelligence (CI) and cyber tools, has announced the acquisition of Enigma International. This move is set to enhance Sphinx's ability to protect defense and commercial security clients from advanced threat actors.

Garrett Pagon, CEO of Sphinx, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition. He stated, "We are thrilled to welcome Enigma into the Sphinx family. They not only add unique qualifications that aid in the protection of U.S. interests, but they are embedded within three new intelligence organizations, where we can now drive transformative solutions."

Steve Martin, COO of Sphinx, further emphasized Sphinx's capabilities in developing large scale defense software and services. He added that the acquisition aligns with Sphinx's growth trajectory.

Enigma's capabilities and values align with Sphinx's "mission-first excellence" and its Solution and Value Delivery (SOLVD) Model. However, no new information was provided about Enigma's capabilities or values.

Sphinx's SOLVD Model employs data-first design, automation, and AI augmentation to counter sophisticated adversaries. Yet, no new information was disclosed about the model following the acquisition.
