Sochi Unveils Art Show in Celebration of Victory's Indefatigable Aesthetics
The Sochi Art Museum named after D. Zhilin has opened its doors to an extraordinary exhibition titled "Invincible Beauty." This display, running until June 15, is part of the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The "Invincible Beauty" exhibition aims to create a cohesive artistic narrative about the resilience of the human spirit. It achieves this through a dialogue between various forms of visual art, including architectural sketches, graphic sheets, and painted canvases.
This exhibition is not limited to traditional art forms. It also features works by contemporary artists from around the world, such as Olga Kisseleva (Russia), Yoshitomo Nara (Japan), Ai Weiwei (China), and Banksy (United Kingdom). Alongside these internationally acclaimed artists, the exhibition includes works by students and teachers of the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts.
The museum hours apply for the "Invincible Beauty" exhibition, and admission can be facilitated with the Pushkin Card. Visitors are encouraged to immerse themselves in this thought-provoking exhibition that commemorates the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and celebrates the indomitable spirit of humanity.
