Hobart Soccer Claims Drew/FDU Fall Classic Title With 2-0 Victory

In an exciting turn of events, the Hobart soccer team secured their first collegiate win and a shutout in the championship game of the Drew/FDU Fall Classic. The tournament final will be played against Drew, with the match scheduled for Sunday at 3 p.m. at FDU Florham's Robert T. Shields Field.

The Statesmen started their campaign with a strong performance against Kean, winning the opener with a score of 2-0. The first goal was scored by Brian Sheehan, a senior, in the 34th minute, with an assist provided by Gabe Smith, a first-year player.
