Slavianka's School No. 1 reopens after a 210-million-ruble transformation

School No. 1 in Slavianka has officially reopened after a full-scale renovation. The upgrades were completed under the federal Comprehensive Rural Development program, with funding of around 210 million rubles. Students and staff now have access to modern classrooms and improved facilities. The renovation covered nearly every part of the building. The roof, entrance, walls, floors, and ceilings were all repaired or replaced. Utility systems were updated, and the cafeteria and gymnasium received new flooring.

The school also gained new teaching materials, including interactive whiteboards and other digital tools. These upgrades aim to create a better learning environment for pupils. Meanwhile, two kindergartens in Vladivostok and Lesozavodsk urban districts are currently being renovated. The work is part of the Family national project, with a combined budget of about 169 million rubles. Looking ahead, Elvira Shamonova, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, announced plans for 2025. Another 17 schools in Primorsky Krai will receive renovations, funded by over 560 million rubles. United Russia deputies continue to monitor these capital repairs as part of their public program.

The newly renovated School No. 1 in Slavianka now offers improved infrastructure and modern educational resources. With further renovations planned across the region, more schools and kindergartens in Primorsky Krai will see similar upgrades in the coming years. The projects fall under ongoing federal and regional development initiatives.
