Sizzling Pool Party Spectacle Debuts at Flamingo Las Vegas on The Strip
Las Vegas' Flamingo Resort Unveils Transformed Go Pool
LAS VEGAS — After a significant $20 million transformation, the Flamingo Las Vegas' Go Pool is now ready for the summer season, providing a dynamic and vibrant setting for adults seeking high-energy parties. The pool complex, which spans nearly 1.5 acres, is now available for guests aged 21 and over.
The renovated Go Pool features five distinct pool zones:
- Main Pool: This central pool area includes a 30-seat swim-up bar, adorned with four flat-screen TVs and built-in cooling misters, making it a popular gathering spot. A shallow wet deck with in-water daybeds and couches situates the main pool directly below the DJ booth, perched atop the grotto and waterfall.
- Grotto Pool: A 50-foot-wide "rain curtain" waterfall cascades into the grotto pool from above, with high-energy DJs stationed at the waterfall's crest to keep the party going seven days a week. In-water benches inside the pool offer a fully shaded and secluded area for guests to relax behind the waterfall.
- Circular VIP Pool: Tucked away from the main pool, this tranquil circle of an infinity pool provides a secluded oasis for VIPs seeking a more relaxed vibe. Surrounded by cabanas and daybeds, the 40-foot round pool also features a 15-foot waterfall as a stunning backdrop for photographs.
- Rectangular VIP Pool: This pool offers visitors the ultimate VIP experience, with cabanas, daybeds, and unobstructed views of the DJ booth. The 60-foot-long pool also includes a custom water feature and a shallow wet deck area.
- Free-form VIP Pool: Featuring three separate shallow wet deck areas, this pool provides an exclusive experience for guests who wish to stay close to the main pool's action while enjoying VIP treatment.
For an exclusive experience, guests can rent cabanas and daybeds for access to the three smaller VIP pools. In addition, complimentary poolside lounge chairs are available around the main pool on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dan Walsh, the resort's senior vice president and general manager, expressed excitement about the new Go Pool, saying, "It's been an incredible year at the Flamingo following the openings of Pinky's, Gordon Ramsay Burger, and Havana 1957. The celebration continues. Our all-new Go Pool is the ultimate summer destination that not only honors the legacy of the Flamingo but also provides an elevated, new experience for both loyal fans and first-time guests alike."
A collaboration between Caesars Entertainment and the MO+A design studio, the new design pays homage to the Flamingo's mid-century modern and retro-deco architecture while incorporating a contemporary beach resort aesthetic. Featuring playful pastels and soft earthy tones, the refreshed complex is encompassed by nearly 200 trees, including 90 palm trees and various transplanted tree varieties from the original pool complex.
Temperature-controlled pools, cool-deck surfacing, night lighting, and a robust sound system are additional highlights of the reimagined Go Pool. The updated menu offers refreshing beverages, including sharable cocktails, frozen daiquiris, and signature mojitos in souvenir cups, as well as a selection of poolside bites such as Street Taco Trios, Southwest Bowls, and Day Club Sandwiches.
The Go Pool can be found at the south entrance of Flamingo Las Vegas near the rideshare pick-up and drop-off area and operates daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Both hotel and non-hotel guests 21 and older can enjoy complimentary general admission to the Go Pool on a first-come, first-served basis. A separate family pool, accessible to guests of all ages, is also available. For more information and reservations, please visit the Caesars Entertainment website.
