Eugene Burditt, a creative Metal Scrapper and resident of Moriarty, New Mexico, will be remembered in a celebration of his life on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 10:30 am. The event will take place at the Chapel of Direct Funeral Services, located at 2919 4th St. NW, Albuquerque, NM.
Born with a free spirit and an extremely industrious work ethic, Eugene was a kind soul and loyal friend to many. He was known for his love of car shows, car races, metal detecting, gold panning, and Coca Cola.
Eugene passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. The community and his friends came together to cover the funeral costs, ensuring a fitting tribute to a man who lived life to the fullest. In lieu of flowers, consider making a memorial contribution to Direct Funerals Services to assist with these expenses.
Pastor Tony Jaramillo will officiate the celebration of Eugene's life, providing words of comfort and remembrance. Following the service, the interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, located at 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
