Severe Road Mishap Leading to Injuries in Poland
Serious Traffic Accident on Jägerstraße, Celle
A traffic accident occurred on Friday, August 15, 2025, on Jägerstraße in Celle, heading towards Hannoversche Straße. The incident resulted in two seriously injured individuals, a 27-year-old man and a 22-year-old passenger.
According to initial findings, the causing vehicle was a Daimler Chrysler driven by a 27-year-old man. The man was coming from Fuhsestraße roundabout when he overtook another vehicle and lost control in a left curve, causing the accident. His vehicle ended up on the parking lane and collided with a parked car without braking. The impact was so severe that it pushed the parked car over a metal bollard towards a tree.
Both vehicles were no longer roadworthy and had to be towed away. The estimated damage from the accident is approximately 18,000 euros.
Jägerstraße was closed for the duration of the accident investigation and subsequent clearance work.
