"Democracy festival" in Berlin and Bonn

Second day of "Festival of Democracy" held in Berlin to commemorate 75 years of the Basic Law.

On May 23, 1949, the Basic Law was declared in Bonn, which is why a "Festival of Democracy" will take place there on a Saturday in the former federal district. Similar events are planned in other cities to commemorate the anniversary. The grand finale of the Berlin "Democracy Festival" will be held on Sunday and will feature performances by the Fantastischen Vier and singer Lena Meyer-Landrut, among others.
