SCOOP Warm-Up 2024 launches with $10M prizes and six-figure wins
The $10 million SCOOP Warm-Up series burst into life at PokerStars on February 1, and plenty of big names have already padded their bankrolls with sizable scores despite the festival being in its infancy.
Fifteen of the 69 numbered events, including the $1,050 No-Limit Hold'em PKO Sunday High Roller, and the $1,050 No-Limit Hold'em Monday High Roller, where Mario Navarro and Jamie Dwan emerged victorious, respectively.
Navarro's victory saw him fire one $1,050 bullet and turn that into a $39,435 haul. The $1,050 NLHE PKO Sunday High Roller drew in 152 entrants, who created a $152,000 prize pool. Half of that sum was distributed as progressive bounties, with the remaining 50 percent awarded in the regular prize pool.
