Russian Hospitals Receive Vital Medical Equipment for Young Patients
This year, the focus was on equipping rehabilitation units, physical therapy rooms, and physiotherapy departments. In total, hospitals received 122 units of specialized medical equipment, 40 orthopedic mattresses, six examination couches, 20 privacy screens, and 110 rehabilitation items—including exercise balls, gym mats, yoga blocks, and resistance bands.
The surgical department of Yekaterinburg's Regional Children's Clinical Hospital was supplied with three laparoscopes and three endoscopes, including high-resolution models. This equipment enables minimally invasive procedures, reducing pain, speeding up recovery, and lowering risks for young patients.
A magnetotherapy device was installed in the rehabilitation unit at Baltymka. Treatments using this equipment provide anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, and immune-boosting effects, aiding faster recovery.
Natalya Levitskaya, President of the Sinara Charitable Foundation:
"Our Pain-Free Children's Hospital initiative aims to make hospital stays more comfortable and less distressing for young patients. We are deeply grateful to everyone who helps ease their suffering—donors, doctors, corporate sponsors, and all who believe that even the greatest acts of kindness begin with a small decision to help."
