Flight operations were suspended for several hours at several airports, including Saratov and Volgodar, due to security concerns.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has emphasized the need for a swift end to the war in his evening video address. He sees no willingness to engage in talks from Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin.
