Rush Street Gaming secures full ownership of Rivers Casino Pittsburgh in $991M deal

Rush Street Gaming has taken full control of Rivers Casino Pittsburgh after a recapitalization deal valued the casino at $991 million. The move consolidates control under one company and follows a buyout of previous co-owners. The casino was previously co-owned by Walton Street Capital and Neil Bluhm’s High Pitt Gaming LP under Holdings Acquisition Co. Rush Street Gaming has now acquired full ownership, removing all other stakeholders. The transaction was carried out by Rivers Enterprise Borrower, an affiliate of Rush Street Gaming, which is itself owned by Churchill Downs Incorporated. The recapitalization secures Rush Street Gaming’s full control of the casino. With a valuation of $991 million, the company now oversees all operations and future development of the popular online games and poki games destination.
