The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai recently hosted the Partners Forum 2025, a gathering that brought together over 30 strategic partners and 58 representatives. The event aimed to enhance cooperation, communication, and the exchange of expertise, with the ultimate goal of ensuring the long-term success of RTA's strategic partnerships.

Muna Al Osaimi, CEO of the Strategy & Corporate Governance Sector at RTA, emphasised the significance of partnerships during the forum. She highlighted that by continuously engaging with key stakeholders, RTA aims to maintain its focus on the future.

During the forum, over 30 proposals and recommendations were made, aimed at optimising joint operations. These proposals focused on enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring partnership success. Sessions at the forum refined methodologies to maximise value, and opportunities were identified for future collaboration.

RTA presented its 2025-2030 Strategic Plan at the forum. The plan focuses on innovative mobility solutions, sustainability, safety, customer happiness, and future readiness. RTA intends to align its initiatives with Dubai's evolving transportation needs.

RTA reiterated its commitment to sustaining business growth and financial sustainability. To achieve this, the authority aims to ensure financial sustainability through regular follow-up meetings and strategic evaluations. Potential outcomes were forecasted before the implementation of new projects.

The forum was successful, with 90% of attendees expressing satisfaction with the event's content and structure. RTA's goal is to ensure the long-term success of its strategic partnerships, and the Partners Forum 2025 was a significant step towards achieving this goal.

While the identities of the 30 strategic partners who participated in the forum remain undisclosed, it is clear that the event marked a significant milestone in RTA's journey towards a future-ready transportation system. The authority's commitment to collaboration and innovation is evident, and it continues to strive towards maintaining its focus on the future.
