HappyRobot Secures $44M in Series B Funding

In a significant development for the AI industry, HappyRobot, a company known for its AI-native operating system, announced a $44M Series B Preferred Stock financing on September 3, 2025. This round of funding follows less than a year after the company's Series A Preferred Stock financing.

The financing round was led by Base10 Partners, with Bessemer Venture Partners also involved in the participation. Notably, Base10 Partners had also invested in HappyRobot's Series B Preferred Stock financing, while Bessemer Venture Partners was already a participant in the Series A Preferred Stock. The Company's Series A Preferred Stock financing, led by Andreessen Horowitz, marked an earlier milestone in HappyRobot's growth.

The funds raised will be utilised for various purposes, including expanding the company's reach and impact with global enterprises, growing the team, and investing in product development. These developments are expected to further strengthen HappyRobot's position in managing complex, mission-critical work for producing, moving, and delivering goods worldwide.

WilmerHale, a renowned law firm, represented HappyRobot in both its Series A Preferred Stock financing and the recent Series B Preferred Stock financing. The team from WilmerHale included Shafi Armatis, Ciara Baker, Michael Cerulli, Eric P. Hanson, Aron Nimani, and Ali Jessani.

This latest funding round is a testament to HappyRobot's potential and the faith investors have in the company's ability to revolutionise logistics and supply chain management with its advanced AI technology. With these funds, HappyRobot is poised to make significant strides in its mission to transform the way goods are produced, moved, and delivered across the globe.
