Road Incident in Hude, Landkreis Oldenburg: Collision between Tractor-Trailer and Automobile
On August 27, 2025, a traffic accident occurred in Delmenhorst, Germany. The incident took place at the intersection of Hurreler Straße and Am Holze in the region of Wesermarsh.
According to the Ronja Weser Police Station Delmenhorst/Oldenburg-Land/Wesermarsh, the traffic access restriction on Hurreler Straße and Am Holze in Hude was ordered by the local municipal authorities of Hude at 08:00 AM.
The accident involved a tractor-trailer and a Volvo car. The tractor-trailer, driven by a 20-year-old from Hude, was leaving Am Holze street and turning right onto Hurreler Straße. The car, driven by a 44-year-old individual, was not driveable after the collision.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the accident. The tractor-trailer had to be towed away, while the car was also removed from the scene.
An administrative offense procedure has been initiated against the 20-year-old driver of the tractor-trailer, as he failed to yield, causing the accident.
