On August 21, 2025, Paul Jung from Volkershausen will set up his field kitchen at Rhönstraße 10, Geisa, on the parking lot at the discount tree market / LOGO drinks market. The field kitchen will be open from 10 am to 3 pm and will offer a variety of Rhön specialties for customers to enjoy.
The field kitchen specializes in sausage, ham, wild sausage, wild ham, free-range eggs, and cooking cheese. One of the dishes that will be available is Grandma's pea soup with Bockwurst and Rhön cream sauce. Paul Jung has promised that there will be sufficient quantity of this popular dish on August 21.

In addition to the field kitchen in Geisa, Paul's catering services are available for club festivals, street festivals, company events, hen parties, driven hunts, school introductions, or other parties. The field kitchen can cater events with 50 to 200 people and can be set up on-site.
The catering at the OpenAir event on August 21 is organized by the DRK (German Red Cross) catering group, which has decades of experience cooking on such old field kitchens and serving popular pea soup at events.
