The interior, modeled after old-school Brooklyn pork shops, features a front space that resembles old-school Brooklyn social clubs. Here, customers can find a variety of classic sandwiches, each with unique ingredients, named after family members such as Uncle Phil, Big Anthony, and Grandma Lucy.

Roman's mother, Regina, runs the counter, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. The storefront's design also highlights a modern twist, reflecting Grandinetti's vision to create a comfortable space for partners, potential clients, and friends.

After 5 p.m., Regina's Grocery is available for private dinners, making it an ideal spot for special occasions. Events may soon be held at the venue, further enhancing its social club atmosphere.
