In Yakutsk, the second largest city in Russia, Galina Sidorenko, a resident and chairwoman of a residential building on the 2nd Magansky Trakt, faced an issue with abandoned boxes in the hallways of her building.

The boxes, filled with various products and items, were a potential hazard, as they could obstruct passageways and pose a risk in case of a fire. Galina sought help from various authorities, including the local administration, fire department, and prosecutor's office.

Anatolii Fokinin, the engineer of the GU MCHS Russia in Yakutia, was responsible for addressing such issues within the region. With the assistance of Colonel of Internal Service Stepan Sidorov, the head of the department, people were provided to help Galina Sidorenko.

The GU MCHS Russia in Yakutia was involved in resolving the issue, ensuring that the abandoned items were removed from the hallways, leaving them clear and safe. Utility rooms, which had been taken over by owners and were now cluttered, were also checked and cleared.

The regional branch of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held a ceremonial event on April 27 to mark the occasion of the 375th anniversary of the founding of Russia's fire service. On April 30, Yakutian firefighters will celebrate this significant milestone.

Galina Sidorenko comments that if a leader's first line works well, it indicates a well-functioning leadership. After seeking help, Galina reports that all work was completed, and there are no longer any abandoned boxes, air conditioners, bicycles, or other items cluttering their hallways.

The issue with the abandoned boxes in Galina Sidorenko's building has been resolved, ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents. The celebration of the 375th anniversary of the founding of Russia's fire service serves as a reminder of the vital role that firefighters play in maintaining the safety of our communities.
