Registration for the application process for website awards is open throughout the year. This is the initial step to showcase your product and potentially win a prestigious award.

The application process is crucial and requires careful consideration. Applicants should highlight the unique features of their product in a few clear sentences, and structure their application according to the evaluation criteria with clear, specific arguments.

The video is a crucial part of the application process. It should not be a professionally produced and edited marketing video; pure information is what counts. The ideal video size is 1920x1080px, and it should contain the most important information, including the brand's message, product functionality, and benefits for the end-user.

Once the applications are submitted, the first judging round takes place. This is based solely on the submitted information and descriptions. Only those applications that impress the judges will proceed to the next round, which is the jury meeting. Successful applicants from the first judging round will be notified immediately to send their product sample for the jury meeting. It is essential to send the product sample immediately upon receiving a positive notification, as there are usually two weeks between the first judging and the jury meeting.

If the product sample is not available in time for the start of the jury meeting, the application cannot be evaluated. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that the product sample is ready and can be sent promptly.

After the jury meeting, the finalists of the website award are required to create a winner video for presentation on the award ceremony day. This video should showcase the best projects clearly and effectively for the audience.
